We moved here 5 yrs ago and love this place. Very affordable, nice neighbors & plenty of activities for all. I highly recommend this 55+ community for those in the market for a peaceful place to call home.
house is cold in winter time. Installation sucks thru out the house. cannot not mow grass proper after rain. Water makes the lawn stay wet at all times. Windows falling apart in the whole house. Already replaced 6 window. The drain system has been brought to the attention of the manager but he just shrugs it off. We have been here for 17 years and cannot afford to move to another place. So glad we moved here. Nice neighbors. Very quiet. Homes are kept neat and beautiful. The Community center is available for family parties.
Water problems and no one will give you answers 16 yrs of bull shit not a happy camper. Picture to prove what I am talking about.
My parents live in Cecil Woods and its amazing.. Im so glad they found this place...
I have always wanted to live there but always something would come up and we had many chances to buy a Home there but instead we move down state but now we are back home we are just waiting for someone to call us from there to let us know what is for sell !!! Our number is ( 443 -466 -1609 )
