My family and I lived there for 5 years and would definitely recommend it. There is a woman Jessica that works in the office and she’s always been super helpful with everything! The neighborhood is quiet and we’ve never had any problems. Maintenance is usually on top of stuff and is pretty good with communication. Rent and water are a little pricey but not too bad.

The property is amazing to raise a family in I would tell them this is a great place to live. The neighborhood is quiet and safe they have an amazing maintenance crew also the homes are spacious and well designed and the fact that you can pick a color for your accent wall is wonderful. Last but not least the leasing property manager is very professional and always answer your questions in a timely manner Jessica Pollom is the best rental manager I seen in a long time. I love my communityAnd also they fix everything nice for me And Jessica is a very nice person she has a lot of respect she really get things done i’ve been living here for 15 years and also Corey is a very nice and clean maintenanceAnd like I say I love my community and also is kids friendly❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Lived here for 12 years and it has gotten better and better. I have loved living here for the past 12 years or more. The new management has made it such a joy to continue to live here. The community is clean, friendly, and has a kid friendly atmosphere. I would recommend this community 100 times over
I recommend living here, my husband and I moved in several months ago and we haven’t had any issues. Jessica and the maintenance guy (Corey) have been great and nice, they make sure if we have any issues that they are taken care of right away. So far we have had a great experience living here.
I have lived here for a year and haven't had any issues. If I need maintenance Jessica gets everything taken care of within 48 hours if not sooner.
