I will say due to low staffing in the maintenance department. It took quite a while to get my issues solved. However, they did solve my issue and even with me being irat. They were willing to work with me through my issue. Even with me being in a very upset manner, I extremely respect this professionalism. The issue that I had was a leak from a 40-year-old mishap, not a common issue. I understand the issue and I'm very thankful once again. Ford actually being solved. I'll be more than happy to change this. Review or remove it. When the ceiling link I've had since the beginning of November. Mind you, that's when I noticed it is fixed. It is now March of the next year. Photo will provide vibe provided later. I would like to also make a note that I have been lied to multiple times about this being finished. I wish I had read the negative reviews before signing a lease and moving in. They are all true, and the customer service at the front desk is awful. The maintenance crew is understaffed and we have since given up on trying to get anything fixed. We moved in to a DIRTY moldy apartment with cracks in the walls and a cobweb filled popcorn ceiling, half of our doors are broken in some way, and we have just had to DIY most problems. I have lived here 3 weeks now. I called and asked for a tour, I was told they did not do tours. If I saw the apartment and met the office, I would have NOT leased here. Katrina at the front office is HORRIBLE. SO rude. Acts like you're the biggest inconvenience. When I went to sign my lease, she kept on and on about how she only had 24 minutes to eat lunch (I called beforehand and was told to come at 2, which I did) I also went back to office one more time to ask about the gym entrance..it was 5:18 and the office was locked.... read more
