We have been here a month. The AC has gone out. No one will answer our phone calls. My partner and I are literally sick from the heat because it's warmer inside the apartment than outside. I told them my partner works from home. They knock hard on the door while he is on a call for only a few seconds. By the time he is able to put the person on hold to get to the door the maintenance person leaves. The roofers are here from 7am on a Saturday to 6pm even in the rain, which is against the law. So I held my tongue for a long time but this place has been terrible. We are being told to leave because of late fees or something. We were only late four times in three years we were here and paid off any late fees that accumulated. It doesn't matter because all they want is some clueless person to rent their apartments and make a quick buck by charging a higher rate for terrible service. Embarrassing front desk. We had an appointment to view an apartment and the lady was so lazy she didn’t feel like getting up, so she showed us videos. She didn’t give us any information and was short and rude. It was our first choice but will go with Turnberry and we’ll tell our friends to not take this place in consideration either. Wild work.

DONT EVEN APPLY! Only putting 5 stars so it’ll be seen. They scammed me out of the $325 application fee! I put in my application and fee, I spoke to an older lady who confirmed that they recorded my payment and my apartment was secured. I go to check the application and it’s been CANCELLED not denied but cancelled. Called and spoke to someone new who spoke the manager and they claimed they were resubmitting my application, they did NOT! And now they won’t answer the phone.
