My roommates and I have lived here since January and as soon as we moved in we had problems. When we first moved in our shower was broken, screens in the windows broken or missing, front door broken, leak in the toilet, etc. We had to put in work orders multiple times to have anything done and the only things that were fixed when we first moved in was the shower and the toilet. I was helped by the lovely Miss Jo Anna. Very sweet young lady took pride into making my stay a great experience. Love my amenities, my unit is updated and the neighbors are nice and quiet. Love my stay here at Glen thanks to Jo Anna!!!!
DO NOT MOVE HERE! First, look at all the recent reviews!!! And when you see a 5 star, investigate, look at things like how many reviews they have done. Multiple residents on Reddit have claimed that management does false reviews to make the numbers look better. Also, “Glen at Bogey Hills (Owner)”, your repetitive AI responses, only makes you look worse! Our experience with Jo Anna during the apartment tour was disappointing. She came across as unhelpful, somewhat rude, and had a negative attitude throughout the visit. When we asked questions about the apartment and community, many of the answers were vague or she seemed unsure of basic information that we expected a leasing representative to know.
