Just don't move here. I've been here less than a year. The maintenance people half ass everything. The snow removal was a joke. The apartment above me leaked into mine, so all they did was bring in a fan. I had to ask them to fix the drywall etc, then all they did was repaint it. You can still see the water damage through the paint. Big burn hole in my countertop from another tenant. The LVP flooring is installed so badly I have rugs so that i don't cut my feet. Lived there for 2 years too long, we honestly suffered. First of all it was very dirty when we moved in, the fridge had some sort of dairy product that leaked EVERYWHERE. The oven burners had burnt stuff in the actual burners and took me almost an hour to clean it completely out. We immediately had to replace the air filter as it was FILTHY, it was literally COVERED in dust.
