Dedrie Laramie is the best Manager I've ever had the pleasure of having she is professional kind and take care of any issues you may have I've lived 7 years and never seen a better employee every one in Village Oaks loves her She is great
Deidre is very personal. She has a warm welcome in the process of finding a new home. She has been very precise in communicating with me, and I am so thankful for her patience in answering all my questions thoroughly. I’m super excited to become a resident here at Village Oaks, and I couldn’t have done it without the help from Deidra.
I've lived here for about 2 months now. The neighbors seem relatively quiet and the place stays pretty clean. There's a mixture of old and new trailers. It can be hard to get in touch with the property manager but when you do she's pretty quick to help out. Trash days are on Tuesday for anybody looking to move in as far as what time that is I still haven't figured that out and it can be confusing to find the correct house for any uber or lyft driver or delivery person
