I've lived here for about 2 months now. The neighbors seem relatively quiet and the place stays pretty clean. There's a mixture of old and new trailers. It can be hard to get in touch with the property manager but when you do she's pretty quick to help out. Trash days are on Tuesday for anybody looking to move in as far as what time that is I still haven't figured that out and it can be confusing to find the correct house for any uber or lyft driver or delivery person
Lot rent was $345 in 2019 every year we get a new “discounted rent letter” and every year it’s about 30-40 more a month. Now it’s up to $540. Think long and hard before moving into lot rentals traps like this.
I want to give it a worse rating but the other options for housing are worse... so I guess things could be worse... Expect to be surprised with hidden fees for everything they can possibly nail you on. Bring your own weed eater and lawn mower or you'll be out an extra 120+ per month. They will also inspect inside your home and charge you for your blinds. The pool is nasty green and severely over crowded plus they constant changed the hours this year.
