Wonderful place, polite staff who offered to help with a second jacket (zipper wouldnt zip) at no extra cost. Jacket was cleaned thoroughly and done within a day with no problems. Definetely coming again!

Best alteration, and costumer service in the area. I have really high standards when it come to alterations, very easy to communicate with seamstress on what I whould like done to clothing. They deliver every time!

They do good work but they take forever to do it. I left my shirts there a week ago and they still are not ready

I called in to ask about there turn around time for a pair of pants. The lady on the phone was rude and unprofessional and hung up on me. WOW As a business owner I would never never treat my customers like that. This is why so many people are avoiding small businesses. Business owners like thes people are a cancer and hurt the local economy by pushing our community to shop at big box stores. Way to hurt your local community Village Oaks Cleaners... Congrats this is why your not a six figure earner...
