I would give this place a poor rating due to an infestation of rats and mice, along with other rodent problems.

The management of this property is experiencing some turbulence. Staff turnover is shockingly high and I don't know where these people (staff) come from, what triggers their sudden departures, or where they are headed so I am not too invested in getting to know them. They seem to operate by or are held to some code of ethics so that's encouraging. They are currently operating with a small building staff and a small contract cleaning crew that doesn't pickup a bit of exterior trash. Newer tenants are not properly investigated... read more
