Disrespectful residents. Live here if you like party's and mexican music with mechanical bulls. The manager doesn't seem to be a nice person.

How can you live like this. Party's and loud music with bass until 3 A.M. Tents with mechanical bulls. Full mariachi bands. The disrespect is real. Mexican music with bass with doors wide open on a pickup truck. Annoying exhaust. Pavement princess trucks. There's one guy with lambo doors on a gmc truck and marina subwoofers in the bed of it. I laugh everytime I see it. This place used to be good before the new manager.

I was considering buying a Mobile home, And decided to go driving around last week to see the area and the neighborhood. there was a lot of potholes. I asked one of the residents if there are plans on fixing the streets, and she went in detail, how they keep complaining about the streets and nothing gets done. According to the resident management is more concerned about changing policy’s month to month. The older woman told me the racist comments on the reviews, are 100% true. So glad I dodge that bullet.
