She overcharged me. Before making my appointment, I asked twice how much a regular manicure would cost with gel nail removal, and I was told $17. When I went for my manicure and pedicure, they charged me $50 instead. The place is awful. The technician don't know a difference between a real nail and acrylic nail. Prices are outrageous. It took me longer to drive to the location than the time I spend in the location. I have a big issue when the lady don't know the difference between real nails and fake nails does the big issue for me and when you correct her and tell her no these are my real nails, they are not acrylic she look at you like you have three heads. 2 minutes at location will never return.

I should’ve listened to the bad reviews before coming here. Jenny was rude, unwelcoming, and rushed through my service. I asked for a simple red cat-eye, and she added glitter without asking. I was confused and had to tell her to remove it and paint over it. The work was sloppy and uneven, and I even had to ask her to fix my cuticles. My UV gel fill-in was done in under 45 minutes, and it definitely shows. See photos for proof. Never returning.
