I just moved back to Raleigh after many moons and was looking for a reliable and knowledgeable mechanic that was walking distance from my downtown. Village Motor Works not only is convenient, they were able to do all the work my car needed same day and a better price point than the Honda Dealership . Bonus points for also being so welcoming to my dog with a doggie snack.
Super impressed with Mark and their service. Had trouble with our 2019 Honda Pilot’s AC. Mark gave us the price for the inspection and to refill the coolant up front without me asking. After they found the leak, Mark called and told me the price for the whole repair including taxes. Repairs were done quickly and I’ve never felt our Honda’s AC blow this cold before. Thank you!
Matt was so helpful! I came in because my car was making a loud sound, and they were able to run a diagnostic, and then fix the issue all within the same day. I was kept informed throughout the entire process as well, which I really appreciated. I’ve also gotten oil changes here. I highly recommend Village Motor Works, this is by far the best experience I’ve had when it comes to auto repair and mechanics!
Excellent customer service! The reservation process is easy, and they keep you updated while you wait for your car. Highly recommend!
