Every time I’ve called the number listed, no one answers and the voicemail is always full but states to text the lady but she never calls you back or responds to your text period. It is impossible to get ahold of anyone! We had issues with our code multiple times and also the gate was closed due to a part needed and we were unable to get into our unit for weeks with no credit or anything. Also! The storage unit we rented has shelves which has been very helpful! Easy safe access at the security gate. We did not need climate control so it is working for us.
