I had an appt 9-12-24 with Dr Granados. She ordered ultrasound (US) for swelling in my thyroid/neck no prior arthorization needed. I finally had the Ist one on 10-2-24. Methodist had me in and out in 2 days with results sent same day. I waited and called and kept calling when the hospiral texted me to come for a 2nd US.. Took another 2 weeks to get the 2nd. Just to let everyone know out there. They are some good doctors I would highly recommend anyone to try Dr Froilan Francisco if you’re looking for a great family doctor there’s so many things I can say about this doctor. He is very extremely professional He is a type of doctor that would honestly sit there and listen to you with any issues or problems that you may have. Highly unprofessional they made me move my appointment twice and when I arrived early to my appointment the doctor refused to take me and said that it was because I was early to my appointment and then after I explained to her that they had made me move my appointment twice, she was very rude. They made me wait an hour total just to be seen and the doctor was completely free. , they should not have availability online if they are not willing to attend to patients I had to move around my work schedule for this.
