God only knows how these people are masquerading as doctors and getting paid for it, how on earth is this place still open, I'm going through a horrific time going around in circles for over 10 months and I've even told them what exactly my problem is and still not been prescribed the medication this surgery does not seem to believe in the existence of pathogens of any sort, a complete waste of money and time, the phso needs to be looking into this place asap look at all of the reviews bad I want to change surgeries.

Ordered repeat prescription last week on nhs app..still nothing so just been to surgery receptionist said its not on rhere..advised ordered over a week ago..she said it needed authorisation...i said no mention of review she said not review but authorisation.....(i thought all prescriptions needed authorisation) told me ring back in 1 hour and it will be done by the end of the day.she then got up and walked off no appology for delay or the fact i have run out of beta blockers or bp meds...very rude....not the first time it ha... read more
If I could leave 0 stars I would. The doctors here are absolutely so unprofessional beyond explanation and that’s an understatement!. They mis-diagnosed my mum who had ended up DVT (deep vein thrombosis) and said it was just menopause. Now my mum is in hospital fighting for her life because she’s got clots on both sides of her brain!!! DO NOT TRUST THIS SURGERY! now I’ve had to get solicitors involved in medical negligence.
