Horrible reception and management. Asked for a phone cons, was assured they would still ring me today after i called concerned that no one had rung. They still never called. Ive had issues like this before, making bookings with reception that never follow through. Its starting to feel malicious at this point. Decent doctora but otherwise Horrible staff. They have a supirority complex to the poor, i feel so looked down on when i come in. Concerns brought forth in person are never adressed. Terribly dissapointing.
Commonly over an hour late I have now made arrangements with another Dr out of town who Bulk Bills all patients.
