I had a great checkup with Dr. Carter Gibson and his team on this week. As usual the care was very professional, informed, and compassionate. With insurance open enrollment fast approaching, Dr. Gibson is a keeper! I highly recommend him as a primary physician, Dr. Lin
I used to love this place the care is really good, but lately they are so understaffed that I hit the website to ask for a new prescription and it has been 21 days and no one has responded to me. I can't call the office directly since they switched to Village Medical. You have to go through an answering service. When I called last week they said they would send an urgent message! I am on here now 7 days later and still no reply. This is absolutely horrendous.
Dr. Gibson one of the best doctors I’ve ever met !! Keep up the great work . Also , the nurses and the workers in that office does a great job !!! Awesome coustomer service across the board .
