Horrible customer service! I called for general info because I am a first time patient. The Fort Worth location IS NOT listed on the website, so I called customer service to make an appointment. During the call I asked if they accepted CareCredit, and NO ONE could answer the question, not even the billing department! I was transferred back and forth so many times to ask the same simple question. My Dr. Ms. Lance is awesome. I went in there with so much on me not knowing where to start, she consoled me, and helped me with what I needed help with. With a smile. I love this place .
Not a very good doctor office. They want you to make appointments for everything including refills for reoccurring ailments, even when the prescription is not a narcotic. Bad patient service. Front desk is rude and not accommodating. Better off avoiding this office unless it’s your only choice.
