I love the flexibility of being able to get an appointment very quickly at any of the locations when my doctor isn't available.

We have a very bad experience with the front desk lady. No wonder people were complaining about them. She is arrogant and unpleasant tp people.
Not happy with this place right now. Things were fine up until recently. What is most frustrating to me is that I always have an extremely difficult time trying to get in there for sick visits, because they are frequently booked out for two or three months, then I end up in urgent care to get help. Messages that I leave in my patient portal go unnoticed for days until they decide it's good and convenient for them.
