Spoke to their customer service dept and was told I could get the RSV vaccine there made an appointment only to be told by their front desk staff they don’t provide the vaccine. 37 weeks pregnant and having to deal with this issue was not ideal. They need better communication and coordination with the front desk staff and scheduling team. Being told different things. Not ideal!
Not the best Village Medical facility I've gone to. Front desk girl was not nice at all. Definitely not going back to this Village Medical ever again. Unfortunate because every other Village Medical I went to has been a pleasant experience. Oh well.
