The only criticism would be that a staff member touch base with the patient sitting in the individual rooms so they don’t think they’ve been forgotten. Should never have nurse leave room and thenpatient sit for 15 minutes in cold room with no feedback or acknowledgment the patient is still just sitting there… be sensitive to misery behind the patient door. absolutely spotless environment and otherwise very warm response When staff in attendance warrants the high star rating!
