I have had a fear of needles from a young age. I made the nurse aware that I may pass out. I was lectured , talked down to, and was given many dirty looks by the tech. All because I passed out. When I made my voice heard about how the tech made me feel. She advised me that it is my problem that I felt that way, and she is only doing her job. I am currently looking for another location. Horrible experience and never got a checkup with dr. Okolo. I scheduled an appointment and had to wait a month to schedule my first visit. For some reason the dr. Cancelled on me a day before. I rescheduled and was told the next time a dr. Could see me was a month from then ( that's two months). I waited and rescheduled. Go there the day of my visit and was told that they aren't doing blood work at this location and that there shutting down this location in a week. This office has amazing staff they are friendly and very helpful! Dr. Lance I haven’t had long but she has been understand, kind and great at helping figure out what helps me and listening to and health issues I have or may be going through. I truly appreciate all of them!
