I have not been to the doctor in a while and the experience here did not make it easier for me. The Hispanic front desk lady is kind of rude and passive aggressive just as a fair warning. I had the NP, I believe Shaw, she was okay. I will say the MAs/phlebotomist are both very kind and made me feel better about it. Definitely will be going somewhere else.
