I was disappointed with how along I was left on hold waiting for the Dr. to join in. My appointment was at 11:20am and I waited until 12:15pm before she joined in.
I had a great experience here and I'm happy to finally have a new primary care doctor. I have been looking for awhile now and decided to try here based off the reviews. My doctor, Dr. Persaud, was great. Great bedside manner, listened to me, and just overall made me feel like I'm in great hands. The staff at the front desk and nurses/staff in the back were also nice and great. I have already recommended Village Medical to my husband.
I really like Dr. Persaud. I think she is very thorough and a great doctor. I see her at the Fairmont Location. On the other hand the staff is terrible. Its difficult to get refills and referrals. You leave phone messages and patient portal messages to the medical staff with no response until I call back and fuss 4-5 days later. In addition, the medical staff NEVER complete what is needed accurately. Then you have to call back and/or use the patient portal and it starts all over.
