Best patient care by one of the best Doctors!
I made an appointment for a flu vaccine naively expecting it would only take a few minutes, and that I would save time with an appointment. I ended up waiting for over 30 minutes and was given a hard time when I expressed grievance about waiting. Meanwhile I overheard my nurse’s boss teaching her how to request time off on the computer, all while I am still waiting in the exam room. I was extremely disappointed by the lack of professionalism. My nurse Yajaira was very kind and this was not her fault.

On December 6 I saw Beena at the Manchester location she was very pleasant and knowledgeable the first appt was great after that getting refill medicine is like pulling teeth you have to send several messages or calls to get your medicine refilled then you wait days I have changed the rating again you ask a simple question takes forever to respond and they still take forever to refill prescription if they refill within a week of getting the request for refill consider yourself lucky what the hell is going on with village med... read more
