Very bad experience with Doc Cruz. Average at best. Don't fallow up on referrals or procedures. Careless about patient health. They had to close practice. It's probably the best for Clermont. Please find another doctor.
I am so disappointed in my experience with this office and with the NP I saw , Candace. This office is an hour away from my house but I wanted to see a functional medicine practitioner so I made the drive to see Candace. She ordered over $1,000 worth of test. But I didn’t mind because I want answers. She told me she was going on vacation, and to schedule my mpe for end of February. Turns out it was not a vacation , she was leaving the practice.
