Very easy
Pleasant staff and get seen fairly promptly for appointments. I get blood drawn often and today the tech Kevin opens up alcohol pad but doesn't even wipe injection site prior to blood drawn...ummm that concerned me some due to I have a poor immune system and open wound can lead to infections. Besides that all is well.
