Been Dr Jennifer Maitra’s patient for 20+ years and she is an excellent provider. I have followed her wherever she went. However, since my last visit in September 2025 it’s been a nightmare working with staff at Village Medical and billing. Billing states the documentation supports the charges; although, I did not have a well woman exam. According to the EOB from my insurance they’ve already paid a portion of the bill and my responsibility is $120.63; however, they’re billing me the entire amount of $554.I have been to the o... read more
Everyone was very attentive and helpful. There was a few people in the lobby but was taken back at my appointment time. Customer service was also excellent
Dr. J. Maitra is very attentive, positive, and caring. I recommend this Doctor 100%.
