Seems professional but not, vists are fast, Dr.Jennifer Maitra, wanted my 25.00 dollar co- pay before she would see me. I've never had a doctor deny my appointment cause of 25.00 dollars, come to find out my sugar was high and she had to have her 25.00 bill that's all I owed her!!!!!!!Dr. Maitra should have took me off my Lipator due to cramps and other side effects. Been Dr Jennifer Maitra’s patient for 20+ years and she is an excellent provider. I have followed her wherever she went. However, since my last visit in September 2025 it’s been a nightmare working with staff at Village Medical and billing. Billing states the documentation supports the charges; although, I did not have a well woman exam. According to the EOB from my insurance they’ve already paid a portion of the bill and my responsibility is $120.63; however, they’re billing me the entire amount of $554.I have been to the o... read more
Everyone was very attentive and helpful. There was a few people in the lobby but was taken back at my appointment time. Customer service was also excellent
