TRASH PLACE! I'm so happy you all are closing! I came here for my first visit I have been EXTREMELY sick for a week. The "Medical Assistant" upfront stated my insurance was inactive. I know that will never be true as my husband is currently in the military and our insurance has remained active for the past 12 years. I asked her to call the insurance ans she huffed and puffed and called them. She hung up with them and they told her "they can not verify elig over the phone". I of course was angry and left. I am so happy I found Village Medical. Everyone I have come in contact with in these offices are extremely polite, friendly, and professional. I absolutely LOVE, LOVE, LOVE, my experiences with Village Medical, the doctors listen to you, they don't try to rush you out, and are treating you like a person, not just a patient. I would unabashedly recommend Village Medical to anyone and everyone. They are absolutely wonderful.

Really like the dr but the office staff is slow
It was terrible. It was like doing a virtual visit in-person. Dr. Phuong-Thi Tran didn’t even look at my throat, or feel my glands knowing that I came I. For a sore throat. She asked questions and then sent in the PA to swab my nose and throat.
