Staff and physicians here are great. I've received good care. My concerns are the billing aspect of this practice. I share a similar experience to another individual that recently edited a review. I went in for a visit back in April 2025. Paid an estimated cost up front. My insurance paid more than what was anticipated therefore I ended up overpaying out of pocket. The people that work at this location are delightful and amazingly helpful. The company village medical is an absolute nightmare to navigate. It has been a month over since my yearly check and i was charged the complete total for my visit even after my insurance had already paid. I've been patient waiting for my refund but I cannot accept being told to wait, with no estimated times.
