Staff and physicians here are great. I've received good care. My concerns are the billing aspect of this practice. I share a similar experience to another individual that recently edited a review. I went in for a visit back in April 2025. Paid an estimated cost up front. My insurance paid more than what was anticipated therefore I ended up overpaying out of pocket. The doctor was amazing. The nurse assistant was wonderful. They are kind and gentle and very helpful.

Lady at the front has a horrible attitude Reyna simply asked for a doctors note a few days work excuse I’m not feeling well and was told by the nurse in the room to ask the lady in the front for a work excuse was told by Reyna that she could not give me anything without the doctors approval while having an attitude the whole time, I’m not feeling well and they need to have a better work attitude when they’re at work doesn’t need to be met with an attitude.
