We had a Fedex shipment sent to Walgreens for pick-up and tracking showed it was delivered there on Friday. We went first thing this morning (Monday) to pick it up and they said it wasn't there even though tracking showed that it was there for pick-up. The man at the counter was so rude, we left. An hour later I called and spoke to a woman who apologized and agreed that the item should be there and they would look for it and she would call me back. This is a great place for primary medical care in Kyle. The staff is great and the nurse practitioner I saw, Sundra Davis, was absolutely delightful and professional. She listened to my concerns and we were able to come up with a solid treatment plan. They are always responsive to messages in their app and I highly recommend them.
Enjoyed meeting PA Sundra. Look go forward to being a patient with this practice.
