I have a PPC in my this office and have been there several times. I had to contact them for an emergency today, they told me I cannot make an appointment because I’m not a patient there, they don’t have my records and that I should go to an urgent care. The most frustrating and awful experience.

The staff at the Marlborough location are the best. Dr. Joshi is one of the best doctor I've had, she listens, she compassionate, and caring.
I'm new with you but both times there were some characters that which messed with me when I went blood work and the Dr who was going to take blood I left I don't want her bad attitude to mess around with a needle near me another time y switch my date and the Dr snapped on me the lady's at the front desk were kind and wanted to help but it was just the angry Dr flobotamist is
Finally I found a practice that cares about their patients and they are right near me. Didn't have to wait long for my appointment. All the staff and doctors were wonderful!!
