I am extremely disappointed with the care I received during my telehealth appointment with Tammy NP Maganelli today. I scheduled this appointment because my primary care physician was fully booked. Irritated with this place. First time, so they told me it would be $120. No problem. I had an ear infection. I saw the nurse practitioner. She looked in my ears, confirmed the inflammation and prescribed two prescriptions. I left content. I received a bill for additional $$$ None of this was mentioned at the time of service. 4-2-26 I had an outstanding experience at Village Medical (now Revere) in Anthem and felt compelled to share.
