Dr. Sanchez is a caring and very concerned about his patience type of Dr. I like how he explained everything so I understood.
Dr. Velasquez and his staff are absolutely incredible! Dr. Velasquez and Jade, in particular, take a personal interest in every patient's daily life, making health goals much more attainable. I always leave my appointments feeling heard, and supported. The office is very inviting, and having an onsite lab is so convenient. I travel across town to this practice because it's worth the drive to have such a caring atmosphere for healthcare. This is a wonderful practice where people are the priority, and I recommend it highly!

The clinics have a phone answering system that is extremely annoying and difficult to get through to when trying to get help for urgent medical care needs, x-ray orders, lab orders, and referrals. My son has Autism and it's been a few months since we've submitted documents he needs to receive his yearly Sun Metro pass to go to all of medical and physical care appointments. We're given excuses after excuses. I had an appointment for shoulder, forearm and wrist pain I've had for 5 weeeks to get x-rays and they only sent orders... read more
