The clinics have a phone answering system that is extremely annoying and difficult to get through to when trying to get help for urgent medical care needs, x-ray orders, lab orders, and referrals. My son has Autism and it's been a few months since we've submitted documents he needs to receive his yearly Sun Metro pass to go to all of medical and physical care appointments. On February I went to the office to see the doctor. First time with this doctor so I walked in and signed in by myself no one in front desk. I didn’t get acknowledged by anyone there at all, even when they were calling in people in to rooms. After an hour I got up and called the first person that I saw and told her how much longer would it be to see me.
