The office manager here refuses to fix errors made by the office. Now being billed for a visit that should’ve been preventative because she claims I refused a physical. Why would I refuse a physical and choose to pay for an appointment that wasn’t even necessary and just for preventative measures?
Doctor Saenz is more than excellent, as a person and as a professional. I really like to be attended by him.
