My provider is Yvonne Aubel Mazza. She is very good at her job. Unfortunately, this offices receptionist clerk is the worst you can find. She has no people skills, she is slow, does not look like she knows her environment or her job well enough to handle heavy medical office traffic. Thumbs down. Only went in for labs, nobody in lobby. Took an hour to be called. Unusual, because usually we’re in & out in 20 minutes. Lady taking blood work was rude, said she didn’t have to call us in because she was waiting on someone else. Well, thank goodness she did call us in.

My appointment was cancelled. I never received a call what’s so ever . I don’t have any voicemails either. I got a confirmation text the day before appointment

Being a nurse myself for 20 years and working in the industry in various settings, I think Village Medical should invest in nurse's not only medical assistants, depending on the acuity of patient's they require a higher level of care and knowledge. Also good luck getting a hold of office staff they use a call center which takes a longer turn around for responses.
