Día 21 de septiembre 2026 Me citaron a las 7:40 am para hacer unos exámenes y resulta que ya son las 9:30 y aún no me pueden atender , ya que la de el front desk jamás llevo el expediente a las personas que me tendrían que hacer los exámenes. Mucha gente molesta por la atención al cliente pésima ! Se fueron ya como 5 personas por tanto esperar, Que pasa?!! Uno tiene que comer algo anda uno mal en ayunas , tiene cosas por hacer !! Muchos pacientes se van a ir de aquí empezando el nuevo año . Pesimooo DRA VILLAVICENCIO !!

Very helpful. They never disappoint me, ever. The staff are sweet and polite. The ONLY issue I have with Village Medical is their call Staff. The people who answer the phones. I don't like it. I never liked that, and I never will. I think it might be a HIPAA violation because I'm forced to disclose personal information to strangers in order to speak to the office. That's just wrong . My provider is Yvonne Aubel Mazza. She is very good at her job. Unfortunately, this offices receptionist clerk is the worst you can find. She has no people skills, she is slow, does not look like she knows her environment or her job well enough to handle heavy medical office traffic. To get an appointment here when you’re actually sick and not 2- 4 weeks down the line is a daunting task. They say we can walk in but every time I’ve tried to walk in I’ve been denied.
