I had a very disappointing experience at this medical clinic. I had to wait an entire week for approval to refill my high blood pressure medication, which was frustrating and concerning. Timely access to essential medications is critical, and this delay was unacceptable. Based on my experience, I do not recommend this medical facility.
Came in 40 minutes before the appointment, signed in and waited to be seen by a doctor. The receptionists were talking about lunch, the weekend and the music they listen to… skipped three patients, I was one of them. An hour and 30 minutes later I went up to ask if the doctor was running late, but they made a surprised face. I’m very happy with all my experiences at Village Medical, Montwood location. Senior citizen with multiple health issues, been seeing my NP Jennifer Simpson for a couple years now and she has set more things in motion towards making my life better than my last PC had done in years. Since day, one that I started in this clinic, all the staff and the doctor and the MA have all treated me kindly, friendly and courteous, and always send your medications asap to the pharmacy. I have never had to call their office to complain about not sending my medication. They always do their job correctly and efficiently. I highly highly recommend this Village Medical location. You will never regret it. Thank you Sun Ridge South Village Medical location!!!!
