This location cancelled my appointment 2 weeks in a row: the first time the day before the appointment; the second time 3 hrs before the appointment was supposed to happen. Clearly their providers don’t value the time of their patients and aren’t interested in doing business like professionals. Truly appalling service.
Fast and friendly
Since when do they charge for a handicap placard. That is absolutely ridiculous
So far the lack of caring for someone else’s time and trying to help the patient is zero. My first appointment had to be rescheduled due to the provider being out. Which I can understand things happen. 2nd appointment I was not informed prior I was informed minutes AFTER checking in the provider would not see me do labs being ordered by a different provider.
