I had a very disappointing experience at this medical clinic. I had to wait an entire week for approval to refill my high blood pressure medication, which was frustrating and concerning. Timely access to essential medications is critical, and this delay was unacceptable. Based on my experience, I do not recommend this medical facility.
Came in 40 minutes before the appointment, signed in and waited to be seen by a doctor. The receptionists were talking about lunch, the weekend and the music they listen to… skipped three patients, I was one of them. An hour and 30 minutes later I went up to ask if the doctor was running late, but they made a surprised face.
