I received great medical care from Dr. Shnaydman. She is very professional, knowledgeable, experienced, efficient, kind, and a very good listener.
Absolutely worst place ever. Took my mom here for a horrible ear infection. Had to go here to get a referral for ear doctor. Doctor said it was urgent and that she needed to see specialist IMMEDIATELY. Doctor said I’ll help best I can to find you a doctor as soon as possible. Couple days later mom got a call from the doctor who said soonest she can be seen is 3 weeks out. My mom had lost 50% of her hearing and massive head pressure. Over the past year I have found that my office visits at Village Medical to be less satisfactory than in years passed. Phone communications are mostly answered by ‘hard to understand’ non-English speaking representatives. Office appointments became shorter and shorter in time and I felt rushed to get me in and out. The doctor’s focus became more on checking the boxes and task driven, as he focused on his computer (less eye contact) and I no longer felt my needs were genuinely heard.
