Desiree, front desk, is a godsend and she was really sweet and kind. However, the doctor's appointment felt so rushed. Dr. Vicky seemed quick to get the physical over with and she was not compassionate or respectful. Janna, who did the lab work, was rude and very inconsiderate. The facility is clean and nice though.

UNBELIEVABLE BEWARE Our PCP is Anna Bell and has been for years prior to Village Medical, being denied seeing her since she started with this company in 2020. Today Village Medical Sun City West on Meeker said they aren't contracted with our insurance because their "credentials are not valid" but Anna Bell herself is contracted with the insurance. We are new to Village Medical in Sun City West, AZ. The process so far has been expedited due to the knowledge and help from the Office Receptionist. She explained what needed to be done to complete the paperwork prior to our initial appointment. The Patient Portal is easy to navigate and is updated immediately. If we need to change an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances the new date is uploaded to the Portal quicker than we have experienced with another clinic. They use call center from some other country put you on hold 15 minutes and still cannot help you so hard to communicate. You have to go thru them for everything totally frustrating!!!
