Find a different doctor’s office! I started as a patient here in 2022 and when I was scheduled to have my yearly in 2023, I was told my doctor had left the practice and that I would have to reschedule. I played phone tag with their office multiple times and was given a new appointment 6 months away. Then it was rescheduled because my new doctor left the practice (sensing a theme here). RUN AWAY... DON'T go here!! Nearly IMPOSSIBLE to get some one on the phone. Takes days and multiple calls. Then put on hold 15-20 minutes and receptionist is of ZERO help. They DON'T answer refill requests from pharmacy for an existing patient. It should NOT be this hard for a patient to get medicine or an appointment!! Not worth the headache..

just find a different doctors office. I drove an hour to my appointment due to all the traffic going to ep. Was 6 minutes past the 10 minute mark they refused to see me. i've been trying to find a new PCP for over a year as the can't keep any doctors there long term. I really just need my insurance to approve my derm coverage as my skins is awful. they didn't give a shit

My 27 year old son just left from an appt. there. He did something to his knee playing tennis over the weekend and has been wrapping, elevating, icing etc. stayed off it until he went back to work yesterday. After his day at work his leg and especially ankle swelled a good amount. He is in school to become a physical therapist and knows all the muscles, bones etc, but wanted to make sure he was doing everything right.
