Do not go here. My husband went for his annual checkup. He has no issues and just needed his prescription refilled. Medicare covers discussion of your medications (which he didn't actually discuss) and they billed us separately as an additional office visit. We were forced to pay an additional $100 for this supposed additional consultation.
