I’ve found it very difficult to get in touch with the clinic directly. Calls are routed through a call center rather than the clinic itself, which has made communication frustrating. The call center staff perform triage and make clinical judgments before determining if an appointment is needed, which is concerning since they don’t appear to have medical training. Everyone very nice and pleasant
New to area and had to find a new Dr that was in-network. My first visit was great, all went smoothly and literally 5 min wait time, which is great for a dr’s office. Staff is very personable and would highly recommend if you are looking for a new dr in the area. I referred my son and husband to come to this location and they both are happy with their experience as well. Facility is very clean and space is perfect to keep distance from others who might be sick.
