Hoping by posting a review someone might help me, I went in July for covid screen/flu/strep test. The bill was $490, I gave my insurance there has been no lapse in insurance and no one seemed to have sent a claim to them. I have called and gone on the portal multiple times. If anything changes I will edit this review. Staff overall were nice but the billing department doesn't really answer phone calls.
Quick in and out. At the time excellent service. I couldn't get to my primary care for the forth time. I worried about going to Urgent care and a wait. I went early morning 830. In and out. Update the prescription they gave me caused severe reaction, be careful though they said it would be safe, even after In told them I was allergic to Penicillin, I was given a distant related antibiotic , it still caused a hospital visit reaction.

I Recently attempted to visit the Smithfield location of Arches urgent care and was highly disappointed. I checked the weekend hours on the website and it stated that the location was open until 6pm that day. Just to be safe I called the location and spoke to an employee who told me over a recorded line that the urgent care was open until 6pm, but they take their last patients at 5:30pm because it tends to get busy before closing.
