Woman checking in was very efficient. I was first patient there and checked in at 8:01 am. All were pleasant, however, it should not take 45 minutes to be seen seeing that I was done checking in at 8:05 and again, first patient to be seen. Less chatting in the back and be more time efficient seeing patients. By the time I was called to the back, there were 8 more patients waiting.
Receptionist at the front desk was so unwelcoming and unprofessional, made my daughter and I feel like we were intruders. Got here at 6:45 and watched a gentleman wait with his young son at the unattended front counter for over 10 mins only to catch the same attitude and get turned away saying the provider was done for the night 55 minutes before the scheduled closing time. We were the only people in the waiting room. Would not recommend at all if it can be avoided.
They have the worst attitude always closing early tell u to get there by a certain time then say they can’t take u very unprofessional
Very unprofessional. While waiting in a room for quite sometime all you can hear is all the employees joking around. Not one medical term used at all. The nurse that took vitals was very rude and didn’t seem to care about her patient. She was wearing slippers and never washed her hands before putting a thermometer in my wife’s mouth. The long wait isn’t the problem, it’s the lack of professionalism and knowledge. Lady at front desk was great. As I’m writing this I’m listening to drama about how to cook a ham. Unbelievable
