Janine, who was working the front desk on 6/30/26 around 2:45pm, is incompetent and disrespectful. if you are a gender non-conforming person seeking care in an environment where your pronouns will be acknowledged and respected, i do not at all recommend coming here. in addition to purposefully, repeatedly misgendering my partner, she also claimed that the system was not accepting an insurance card that turned out to be perfectly valid at the medical facility we had to go to after leaving this one.
Too bad u are not open when u are suppose to.
Follow up: As you can see below, Arches responded and gave an email to discuss further. That’s just for show on their part. I wrote and said I’d be happy to discuss and got no response. I went there Saturday at 5:30 for my mom. I wanted them to check her vision. They said “we are not ophthalmologists”!! Yes, we know this!!! I never heard of not being seen by a Doctor at an Urgent Care because you had vision problems. They didn’t even want to examine her as it was almost closing time. Never going back! Awful and unprofessional The receptionist was the friendliest and best part of our experience.
