I went there Saturday at 5:30 for my mom. I wanted them to check her vision. They said “we are not ophthalmologists”!! Yes, we know this!!! I never heard of not being seen by a Doctor at an Urgent Care because you had vision problems. They didn’t even want to examine her as it was almost closing time. Never going back! Awful and unprofessional The receptionist was the friendliest and best part of our experience.

Went this weekend at 8am to have an X-ray done on my son’s arm. Standing outside with three other people at 8:10am. The door opens and we get told to sit down in the waiting room. Check in calls “who was first?” I take it upon myself to indicate who I saw first, second, third and last (me). People are walking in as we check in, but there’s no indication for what they should do. When she gets to 4th (me), another lady gets up and walks to the desk. Woman checking in was very efficient. I was first patient there and checked in at 8:01 am. All were pleasant, however, it should not take 45 minutes to be seen seeing that I was done checking in at 8:05 and again, first patient to be seen. Less chatting in the back and be more time efficient seeing patients. By the time I was called to the back, there were 8 more patients waiting.

Receptionist at the front desk was so unwelcoming and unprofessional, made my daughter and I feel like we were intruders. Got here at 6:45 and watched a gentleman wait with his young son at the unattended front counter for over 10 mins only to catch the same attitude and get turned away saying the provider was done for the night 55 minutes before the scheduled closing time. We were the only people in the waiting room. Would not recommend at all if it can be avoided.
