I WISH i could upload the audio from my conversation today with the receptionist. I had a severe bee sting. My body began swelling with hives from my toes to my head. I got to the walk in and could not find receptionist. There was one man at the counter waiting for her and a woman with her child seated. I recently visited this Urgent Care for an ear infection, and I couldn't be more impressed. From the moment I walked in, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and professional. I have really bad medical anxiety but they made me feel at ease right away! (I really liked the receptionist) What really stood out was the efficiency - I was in and out in 30 minutes! Very caring and very knowledgeable.
My wisdom teeth were removed Tuesday and my surgeon was clearly just trying to get patients in and out, I’ve been in so much pain I did like 2 follow ups with surgeon and he really didn’t offer any relief other than a couple opioids. I had no other choice but to go in yesterday, Friday night at 7pm. This office went above and beyond, despite it almost being closing time the office staff did not seem bothered or annoyed by me, they took their time to listen to where my pain was, they called the pharmacy to make sure anything ... read more
SUCH a wonderful experience (or as wonderful experience as falling and needing medical attention can be)! They were both fast and AMAZINGLY compassionate, with every single person I interacted with being amazing. Amanda even got me dressed in a johnny (casts, long sleeve shirts... it was a thing), and walked me out to my car. Would 100% go back there should I ever have anything happen in the future!
