This place was one of the worst medical experiences I’ve ever had. I waited for three hours for the PA to come in and ask me “why didn’t I grab anyone”, “why did I wait so long” and that she’s sorry. All I’m hearing is, you forgot about your patient. Meanwhile in the lobby I was just hearing laughing and giggles. I was being patient because when I got there it was PACKED. Dr Luis Guerra is the best in El Paso! He is always so down to earth and caring. As a professional he is very careful in explaining everything and always making sure as a patient that your wellbeing is his priority. Long waits and lack of flexibility... After waiting for more than an hour past my scheduled time, I asked the receptionist to reschedule for a day with a more predictable schedule. I was told this was not possible as every day I will be sitting for more than a hour after scheduled time. Long delays happen, but it shall not be the standard and / or lack of options for clients with tight shedule.
