Today, Tuesday, January 30th, I called the office to inform them that my insurance denied my CT scan and requested an MRI instead. I spoke with Claudia at the front desk, who stated she would “relay the message.” When I asked when I could expect to hear back, she advised that the nurse practitioner was out of the office until Monday. Nothing was done about the painful areas (rt rib and above collarbones,inguinal and axillary) and enlarged lymph nodes have been going on since Covid Jan 2025 and getting worse. I feel like doctor is good but always rushed and makes it difficult when you have multi chronic health conditions. This is how it is now at most doctors appointments. Look at the patient-labs can be normal but the patient clearly is not.
