Everyone here is incredible, from the front desk to the medical and physician assistants, doctors, and nurses. I appreciate them all and always feel heard during my appointments. They're so thorough that my husband and son are now patients too. We couldn't ask for a better doctor's office!
The call center lacks understanding of patient rights and care. I requested the call center send a message for a medical team member to return my call regarding a visit I attended with my elderly parents and they refused to deliver a message even though I explained I was not asking for any details about my parents/patients, just a message to be sent to the physician’s staff member but the call center Rep repeatedly refused to take my name and number for a call back, so I had to drive to the office to get the info I could hav... read more
I have to give a shout out to Dr Udall’s medical assistant Rebecca Clark. I recently underwent a mammogram last week. Two masses showed up on the mammogram. Obviously I was shocked, scared and experience a high level of anxiety. Rebecca has been right on top of getting orders to SimonMed for additional testing. This made me feel like Dr Udall and Rebecca really cared about me as not only a patient but as a human being as well! I’ve been a patient of Dr Udall’s for over 40 years.
