I have been seeing Dr Udall for well over 10Yrs. For the last year at least, I have had nothing but problems when calling this office. I wait on terminal hold, then get disconnected! This happens 9 out of 10 times! When I finally do get through, when I do say something, they will all say " yea, we have phone problems" and leave it at that. It very disappointing! I do like all the girls that work in the office--they are all friendly and nice. I just cant understand for the life of me, why they dont get their phone lines fixed... read more
Terrible.....For some reason (convenience mostly, I'm sure), I have been a patient of Paragon for more than 10 years. Dr. Udall has been my physician, although I have never met him. I am fortunate to be a fairly healthy person, so I rarely need to go. When you call in you have to listen to an outgoing message that is nearly 90 seconds long telling you "they can't do this, or that, you are required..." My husband has been a patient of Dr. Griner for a few years now, with no issue, no problems that we know of. All of a sudden, my husband not only cannot make an appointment to see Dr. Griner (staff refuses to make the appointment), but no one will call us back to explain why. My husband has developed a medical problem that needs to be addressed, and they don't seem to care. I guess it's time to look for a new PCP - but it would sure be nice to know why my husband is being treated this way.
Love the offices and staff! Great patient care! I love that it is not all about just prescribing a pill but really listening to me as a patient and finding out how to fix the problem.
Always diapointed about how long I have to wait before I can even talk to the receptionist to make an appointment. I love Dr Udall but it takes forever to get in to see him so I usually have to settle for someone else. Last year I even went as far as making my yearly physical a year out just so I could get Dr. Udall. I'm needing to go back in and procrastinating making the appointment because I know I'll have to be on hold waiting forever. Sad that the customer service just isn't what it should be.
I respect Dr. Greiner's expertise but this is the most difficult office to reach! One phone number to their main line and you sit on hold for generally about a half an hour. I have spent an hour today waiting on hold. So frustrating!
