I see two providers at Village Medical. The MD will not prescribe one medication I take. I must see an NP for that. The NP is 100% unresponsive.. The admin staff is worse. I have taken this med for years and have been trying to get a refill for 6 days now. I have called many times.Only one call was answered. I was promised a call back within the hour - 6 days ago! I have left 4 voice mails without a call back. I have left 2 more voice mails asking for a call from the practice manager but no response.
This place is so 'woke,' they actually take off for "Juneteenth," a faux black holiday that Bolshevik Biden instituted during his illegitimate "presidency". A sign on their reception desk reads, "I choose my vibe," which in this case, is extreme Left, woke DEI focus all the way. They just made me wait over an hour past the appointment time; if I want service like that, I'll go to an emergency room. Healthcare in this country sucks, unless you're an illegal alien; then you get everything pronto.
