I purchased the Norfolk Swag. I love the size of this and I love how the lights can twinkle or stay steady. It has a remote which makes it very nice for managing the timer and lights. It's high quality.
Although these lights are gorgeous and fun to change the color combos when they work, they rarely seem to work. I've had these lights for a few years now. When they were initially installed, the retailer who sold us the lights had to come to our house a few times to get them working properly. After changing many bulbs (which are not cheap), they did work for that season. Since then, we go through the same challenge each year. I am absolutely in love with my Norfolk Garland! It looks incredibly realistic and adds so much to my mantel. The quality is so good, and the detail is stunning—it looks just like the real thing. The pre-strung lighting is a game changer—so pretty and makes it super easy to set up. Plus, the company was amazing to work with! My order arrived so quickly, and everything was perfectly packaged. I’m beyond happy with my purchase!
Very good company to work with. I ordered their product, Garland Hanger through Amazon . I discovered I ordered the wrong color by mistake. The return time had passed. I sent an email asking if it was possible to exchange my hanger for one in black. They had no problem allowing the exchange and it was already sent before I actually read the email. Not too many companies work for that. Will order from them again. Giving them five stars for great customer service.
