So many people complain about customer service nowadays, but you and your company are truly remarkable. Not only do you have a brilliant product in your Treekeeper ornament storage cart, which allowed me to get rid of tons of Rubbermaids, boxes, and packaging, but you so clearly stand by your product. Thank you, I am beyond grateful that you went above and beyond for me.

I have used these lights for years, excellent lights and BRIGHT! I recently made an error ordering lights witht he wrong base, Parker has been outstanding in helping me solve the problem. Excellent customer service, I look forward to buying from Village for years to come B Broadbent

Great idea. Quality products. Too bad they don't work. I spent $1000 for 100' of lighting installed at the front eve and gables of my house. In the four weeks they have been in use I can count on one hand the 24 hour successful function of theses lights. There is constant re-pairing and re-writing themes. My selection of what should be displayed is frequently ignored, to the point that the controller has initiated themes I have deleted. My biggest issue with VLC is customer support. I paid a good amount of money to buy the lights stream system. 3 years later they no longer support “the old” light system. Pretty disappointing I’m flushing this money down the toilet. Do business at your own risk, the system was really cool but it might be garbage the next time there is a phone update.
