Paid on parkwhiz from 6:30 AM only to get there to be told the garage is full with resident's vehicles and to come back at 11,I have to be at work in the city for 9

I pay for monthly parking, but often I return home after 12am and find that the parking facility is closed. It should be open 24 hours, especially since they always have a full lot and are clearly making a profit. They can certainly afford to hire extra staff to operate overnight. It’s very frustrating!!!
The staff was very pleasant and helpful. It is a 50.00 Uber ride to Jfk airport, even with the ride it was the cheapest weekly rate .
