Christopher Communities LLC and Rural Development properties are suspect. Seriously! This failing facility in Skaneateles, NY is being treated like a trailor park now. Where are the rights that we as tenants have?
There's only 2 posts in 6 yrs. Neither one represents the reality that's been happening now. 6 years of no other complainants posts? BS! Whose sailing this ship now? Big Corp meeting coming to the Village Landing in Skaneateles Monday, March 27th. Hopefully for us they'll notify us as to a sell out to another company. Since I've been here, 8 years, there's been too much corporate neglect and mismanagement that has brought disharmony to the tenants here. Action speaks louder than words. Lets see what they're plan is now!
ATTENTION!... Before putting an application in here please do your research before having a sane, cognitive elderly person live here. It's One Flew Over the Kookoos Nest. Unfortunately this facility has become an assylum for the mentally ill. Who screens these incoming tenants that have nerological or psychological issues? This isn't a nut house! It was a decent place to live before corp turned dirty $$ and allowed all sorts of people coming in. Just do your research before coming here!
It has become a sanctuary for the mentally disturbed folk and now make the Village Landing in Skaneateles an assylum for crazy tenants. It's the most problematic facility in the care of Rural Developments and Christopher Communities llc. Who screens these people before they are accepted into a premiere housing facility in Skaneateles? Where do they find these nut jobs?
