The quality of the food had gone downhill. The cook they used to have for many decades passed away. It was a wonderful place to eat at one time. Still sad to see it gone because it seems all La Crosse wants to do these days is tear things down to make more parking places. I don't think Festival needs more parking spots.

Great wait staff and excellent food. Awesome view of the bluffs while eating breakfast.
