This team is amazing! I just spoke to Allison. She's absolutely wonderful! This entire team is exceptional in their areas of expertise, down to earth, will help you plan a realistic approach to care, kind and are always gracious. I used to drive to Charlotte every 3 months to visit my perio until I found this team. I am very thankful and highly recommend them. Do not put off taking care of yourself. This team will take care of you. Always thankful for the Village that takes care of me.
I was recommended this place for a debridement in 2024. While they were able to clean the teeth up, they recommended me to come in for 3-4 month cleanings. So I made this my place for getting my teeth cleaned. They never discussed what the cleaning price would be (only the other procedures they wanted to do). Since my insurance covered cleanings, it was fine. Turns out they do NOT work around the insurance limits on cleans or x-rays. Dr. Smith helped me by fixing the contact of my crown with the opposing tooth, which was a very nice thing to do, since it wasn't even why I came. I don't write many reviews, but am very happy to write this one, since it's one of the few times I've used a service and haven't been asked to do so.
I would not go anywhere else in town for my dental needs. Dr. Smith and her staff are wonderful.
