DO NOT RENT HERE. This place is very badly maintained. Many broken down cars taking up visitor spaces. Elevator is a death trap, pool was cited for no chlorine and now closed, and much more. New property mgmt took over(RENOVATIONS) and completely let this place go. They only care about getting their $450/month in association fees per apartment (180units) and do NO maintenance. I've lived here 4yrs and now moving. JUST HORRIBLE.
