First- was extremely excited to go through looking the homes and seeing what they had to offer, found a place that I liked…. Well going through paperwork was asked to do a deposit. Had to be $2,000! Was told 100% refundable no questions asked. And fully refundable! Told our agent Mario and Rey. Got some stuff going on we are gonna go another way. I am writing this review to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with Village Homes. A year ago, my parents purchased a mobile home from them, and as part of the deal, we were promised a free gift – we chose a carport. It has now been *ONE YEAR* since that purchase, and we still have not received the carport. This isn't just a minor inconvenience; it's a broken promise and a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction.
